Marketing Growth Strategist
We're seeking a skilled marketing professional to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Digital Advertising Campaigns: Develop and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads. Create audience segmentation strategies, test creative assets, and optimize for conversions.
- Affiliate & Influencer Marketing: Build and manage an affiliate marketing program, partnering with influencers to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
- Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization: Plan and execute B2B/B2C lead generation campaigns using inbound and outbound strategies. Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine lead scoring and nurturing processes.
- Community Management: Grow and engage brand communities across social platforms, fostering authentic relationships and conversations that support brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Programmatic Advertising: Plan and manage programmatic display, video, and native ad campaigns. Monitor performance and optimize for ROI through DSP platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI. Use data to inform testing strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
- 3+ years of experience in a growth or performance marketing role.
- Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and managing influencer partnerships.
- Solid understanding of lead generation funnels, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms and audience targeting.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or D2C environments.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, SEMrush, or Sprout Social.
