Marketing Growth Expert Role

The Marketing Growth Expert is a remote position within a marketing team, focusing on paid acquisition channels. This role requires managing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns, as well as working closely with designers to develop ad content plans based on data analysis and user portrayals for overseas users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing ads on Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels.
  • Analyzing targeted users, optimizing ad contents, improving overall ROI, and independently completing work-related tasks.
  • Communicating closely with marketing and other teams to contribute towards formulating and executing digital growth strategies.
  • Keeping track of the latest industry trends and competitors.
  • Onboarding influencers and managing an influencer network to drive online growth among diaspora communities in various regions.
  • Developing and managing B2B partnership networks to drive online growth.
  • Managing Public Relations to drive growth among diaspora communities with multiple stakeholders.
  • Conducting market research to identify current and potential customer needs and trends.
  • Supporting and collaborating with various teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth understanding of ad content development, testing, and optimization.
  • Expertise in Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other paid ads channels.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a performance marketing role for international platforms.
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • A strong network in the community is a plus.
