Job Title: Facade Designer and Estimator

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Facade Designer and Estimator. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in preparing shop drawings, reviewing architectural and structural plans, and using specialized facade software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive shop drawings for windows, curtain walls, and panel systems.
  • Perform material and quantity takeoffs by reviewing plans and creating summaries in Excel/PDF.
  • Work closely with engineers to develop and revise designs and calculations.
  • Ensure drawings meet applicable codes, standards, and project specs.
  • Use Logikal, AutoCAD, and Excel to complete design and estimation tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facade design, including curtain walls, windows, and cladding systems.
  • Skilled in preparing shop drawings and detailed takeoff summaries.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Logikal Software, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents and architectural drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
