Private Equity Investor Relations Role

This role involves supporting the operational processes of monthly trade processing, ensuring high accuracy standards for entry and distribution of correspondence to investors.


Responsibilities:
  • Operational support for monthly trade processing
  • Entry of all trade activity within established timelines
  • Maintenance of high accuracy standards for trade activity entry
  • Distribution of investor communications including confirmations, settlement advices and market value statements
  • Assistance with other related duties as required
  • Maintenance of a solid working knowledge of multiple systems for trade processing

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance or equivalent field
  • 1-4 years experience in corporate finance, investment or merchant banking
  • Knowledge of hedge or mutual funds an asset
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy
