Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team at The Excelsior Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Manage guest reservations, including room assignments and changes
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for new guests
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel amenities, local attractions, and restaurants to provide guests with personalized recommendations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain professional in challenging situations
  • Proficiency in computer programs and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently as needed
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
