Job Summary

This role focuses on coordinating a team of creatives, optimizing client production schedules and ensuring all work is completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.

The Remote Coordinator works closely with Creatives, Quality Specialists, Team Coordinators and other Production Specialists. They frequently interact with Senior Management and Customer Support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with creatives and manage the client's production schedule.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Provide suggestions to Creatives to meet quality standards.
  • Review customer sentiment analysis and feedback ratings.
  • Collaborate with Quality Specialists to ensure design quality and brand guidelines are met.
  • Identify Design Time for requests assigned to the team in collaboration with Team Coordinators and Quality Specialists.
