Job Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to provide technical expertise in the creation and management of Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) files. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter assigned quotes and orders into CAM software systems.
  • Create detailed and precise CAM files from Revit or Autodesk Fabrication CADmep designs.
  • Annotate drawings with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Process assigned work efficiently and on time, verifying customer specifications and industry standards for duct construction methods.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and support desk software.
  • Maintain open communication with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project delivery.
  • Monitor and update ticket status in dedicated project management tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) or Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) with a focus on HVAC or Mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in Revit is required, while proficiency in Autodesk products (ESTmep, CADmep, CAMduct) is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
