
Global B2B Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive our client's growth across global B2B markets. This hybrid role will involve generating agency leads, setting appointments, and creating engaging content that resonates with our client's mission.
Main Responsibilities:Lead Generation and Appointment Setting (50%): Conduct research to build a high-quality pipeline of global boutique/luxury travel agencies. Utilize email and LinkedIn to introduce our client's offerings. Set and confirm intro calls between qualified partners and the key decision-maker. Track all engagement, follow-ups, and notes using a CRM platform.
Digital Marketing and Content Support: Create compelling LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and social content for B2B and agency audiences. Repurpose photos, testimonials, and itineraries into branded marketing assets. Assist with campaign scheduling via tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and Buffer. Maintain visual consistency across decks, one-pagers, and digital assets. Monitor content performance and provide monthly reporting on engagement.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing assistant, virtual support, or business development coordinator role.
Strong content writing skills - ability to write well, support marketing channels, and drive outreach campaigns.
Excellent written English skills and ability to adjust tone for different audiences.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Canva, and Mailchimp.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks independently.
Bonus: Experience in travel, hospitality, sustainability, or purpose-driven brands.
Passionate about regenerative tourism, sustainability, and intentional storytelling.
