As a Bookkeeper, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's financial operations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and be proficient in navigating QuickBooks. A working knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle accounting principles is also essential.

Key responsibilities include managing multiple books/entities, recording financial transactions, reconciling bank accounts, and verifying transactions and ledgers. Additionally, you will run regular expense reports and distribute them to management.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of cloud-based accounting software are also necessary.
