Job Title: Remote Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to support our remote team in day-to-day administrative tasks. This includes content creation, course management, project management, marketing, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Design social media graphics, slides, and course visuals using Canva. Edit videos for course and social content. Write emails, social posts, and course material.
  • Course Management: Set up and manage courses on Kajabi. Create slides for webinars and courses. Manage basic LMS operations.
  • Project Management: Track tasks and coordinate teams using Monday.com. Manage CRM operations, automated messaging using GHL (Go High Level). Create and maintain SOPs.
  • Marketing and Client Management: Manage social media, posting, and engagement. Set up email marketing campaigns and automation. Provide client support via emails, DMs, and technical assistance.
  • Technical Support: Update websites, calendars, and scheduling. Enter data and format documents.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with office software, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Data entry and database management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
