Job Title: Senior Data and Insights Analyst

About the Role:

As a Senior Data and Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical business intelligence reports and dashboards for our dynamic sales operations team.

This position demands a sharp analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex systems and logic to deliver clear, actionable insights. You will work alongside a talented team responsible for analyzing sales performance, optimizing processes, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance overall sales efficiency and growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Analysis
    • Gather and interpret data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
    • Conduct thorough analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Dashboard and Report Development
    • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using various tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
    • Ensure visualizations are intuitive, accessible, and actionable for various business stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the Global Sales Operations Manager to understand the specific data needs, then design customized visualizations that meet these requirements.
  • Data Quality and Integrity
    • Ensure data is consistently clean, accurate, and properly structured for visualization.
    • Scrutinize data for inconsistencies, errors, or missing information leveraging various standard business reports and dashboards for validation.
    • Implement data validation techniques and work with data engineers or IT teams when necessary.
