Procurement Analyst Role

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm UK Time.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team that is experiencing significant growth in a highly-regulated global industry. The successful candidate will support the Operations Director as a key contributor, designing and running a global end-to-end inventory intelligence platform.

The role involves working with a passionate, distributed team and engineering dynamic procurement models, transforming live stakeholder data into decision-ready insights, and stewarding the systems engine that keeps our high-integrity supply chain moving without interruption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a single-source-of-truth across key supply chain nodes, reconciling variances daily.
  • Proactively chase stakeholders for ETAs, logistics documentation, and exceptions; escalate delays before they block operational activity.
  • Transform raw data into concise, decision-ready insights for the Operations Director and wider Operations Department.
  • Build and refresh dynamic procurement models to support strategic decision making.
  • Stay ahead of tools and best practices; self-drive upskilling in analytics and supply-chain methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, with a preference for BSc Economics or equivalent analytical experience.
  • 2-4 years professional experience in procurement, supply-chain, or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams.
