Business Intelligence Developer Position

We are seeking an exceptional Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advancing ETL processes, report development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize business intelligence solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data accuracy and readiness for analysis, and transfer data to new formats by leveraging expert knowledge of data manipulation and transformation techniques.
  • Provide in-depth analyses and actionable insights based on data trends and patterns, utilizing advanced data analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders in consolidating business requirements for report and dashboard creation, automation, and analytics needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Design and optimize data pipelines with data engineers, focusing on scalability, performance, and data quality.
  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex ETL processes for large-scale data integration, working closely with data engineers to ensure efficient data processing.
  • Develop sophisticated reports and dashboards using advanced BI tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies, to provide stakeholders with valuable business insights.
  • Enforce comprehensive data governance policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards, maintaining high levels of data integrity and security.
  • Align BI strategies with overall business goals in collaboration with executive leadership, ensuring that BI initiatives support business objectives and drive growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mastery of mathematics, statistics, computer science, programming, engineering, IT, or management information system principles.
  • Expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse, ETL, OLAP Cube, and Report design/development, and data modeling, with a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and architectures.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation, including experience with database management systems and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, AWS Quicksight, or similar technologies, with experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and ERD, including data normalization and denormalization techniques.
  • Proficiency in Machine Learning and AI, with experience in applying these technologies to real-world business problems.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics, including familiarity with its features and functionalities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify key trends and insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas at the C-Level, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
