Technical Expert Tier II

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer Tier II to join our team at CallTek. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance to customers, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues escalated from Tier I support.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve product defects.
- Develop solutions and best practices through in-depth analysis and research of recurring customer issues.
- Train and support Tier I engineers to enhance their technical capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and feedback in the support ticketing system.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on complex issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and hardware/software configurations.
- Proven network experience and strong troubleshooting background.
- Familiarity with Captive Portal technology and gateway authentication.
