CLIENT:Our client is a private tertiary hospital in the Philippines dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services to the community. JOB DESCRIPTIONThe COO will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the hospital's day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while driving strategic growth and financial sustainability. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in hospital operations management, a keen strategic mindset, and a passion for healthcare excellence.

It is imperative for the candidate to have the ability to translate the company vision into actionable plans, programs, and initiatives. Operational Leadership:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that promote continuous improvement and innovation.

Lead and manage a diverse team of department heads and administrators, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Strategic Planning:Work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders in the planning and formulation of the long-term goals of the organization. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and affiliations that align with the organization's mission and vision.

Financial Management:Develop and manage the annual operating budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for cost savings and revenue enhancement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with the finance team to secure funding for capital projects and other strategic initiatives.

Quality and Patient Safety:Champion a culture of patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement. Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to patient safety, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.Ensure compliance with all accreditation and regulatory requirements.
