About the Role
  • This role involves leading and managing a team of virtual assistants to ensure they meet clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic planning, day-to-day operations management, problem-solving, and target achievement.
  • Collaboration with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability.
  • Supporting clients in growing their businesses using Global Medical services.
  • Oversight of medical client-VA relationships.
  • Mitigation of concerns, anticipation of growth, identification of patterns, situation handling, and negotiation on behalf of clients.
Requirements
  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management.
  • High proficiency in English (written and oral).
  • Ability to work under pressure as part of a high-level team.
  • Focused, organized, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Training and Development experience is preferred but not required.
  • Efficient use of MS Office applications and Google Suite.
