Job Opportunity: Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven individual to spearhead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Affiliate campaigns for our e-commerce business.

This role is crucial in driving customer acquisition, improving return on ad spend (ROAS), and scaling revenue across our affiliate platform.

  • Develop and manage performance campaigns with a focus on Affiliate networks and partner platforms.
  • Design commission structures to balance partner incentives while aligning with profitability goals and incremental revenue growth.
  • Utilize Partnerize reporting and internal analytics tools to analyze partner performance, identify insights, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
  • Refine product feed listability for Affiliate networks to ensure accurate data, up-to-date inventory, and optimal performance for Affiliate shopping placements.
  • Collaborate with creative, merchandising, and integrated marketing teams to optimize content for performance and align with seasonal product launches and promotions.
  • Stay ahead of trends in paid media, social commerce, and e-commerce ad tech; recommend new platform tests, ad products, and growth tactics.
  • Monitor, report on, and analyze performance using platform tools and internal dashboards to provide actionable insights for strategy and spend allocation.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in an e-commerce or DTC environment.
  • Deep platform expertise across Affiliate networks, platforms, and measurement.
  • Experience with Google, Meta, and Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Video) is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, campaign reporting tools, and performance analytics.
  • Proven success managing campaigns to CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate goals.
  • Effective team player with strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative edge and a passion for testing, optimizing, and scaling what works.
