Job Description

  • Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms (Lazada, TikTok, Shopee)
  • Ensure the store is in good standing (compliance, performance metrics, reviews, etc)
  • Create and optimize product listings for new and existing products (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) to ensure appealing content to maximize visibility and conversions
  • Effectively develops and executes e-commerce monthly commercial plans.
  • Plan and execute commercial promotions/monthly campaigns, coordinate with the platforms, and the internal teams.
  • Coordinate with creators, affiliates for video content creation and live selling schedules.
  • Monitor the live selling price/flow and implement the live exclusive deals
  • Communicate and collaborate with the marketing team for campaign assets, and key visual posting schedules
  • Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillments, returns and stock management
  • Coordinate with aftersales for customer concerns
  • Monitor, update, and analyze daily, monthly sales data to understand trends and identify opportunities

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any course.
  • At least 1-3 years of work experience in managing an online account.
  • Intermediate in Mandarin and English is a plus but not required
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
  • Strong background and exposure in the operation of an e-commerce business.
  • Exhibit strong time management and prioritization skills in order to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiar with the operating rules of major e-commerce platforms, with excellent channel management and customer relationship management capabilities..
