Financial Operations Specialist

The Property Accountant will oversee daily financial operations and guarantee the precision of financial records for specific properties. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounting principles and maintain high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded by posting and processing journal entries.
- Manage accounts receivable, issue invoices, and update accounts payable, with a focus on reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents.
- Review expenses, payroll records, etc., to ensure accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a US Accountant.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Strong numerical skills and analytical acumen.
- Accounting experience in the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Yardi.
The Property Accountant will report directly to the Senior Team Lead and be part of the Accounting department.
Deliverables:- Weekly/monthly reports.
- Quarterly property snapshots and financial statements.
- MS Office.
