Main Responsibilities:
  1. Training Needs Analysis
  • Conduct skills gap assessments to identify performance challenges within the FOH team.
  • Use data from performance reviews, customer feedback, and audits to inform training needs.
Training Design and Career Planning
  • Develop structured, scalable training programs for all FOH roles.
Training Administration and Evaluation
  • Manage training logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Certification and Audit for FOH Operations
  • Design and manage a certification program for FOH staff on topics such as service excellence, health and safety, and product knowledge.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation in Training Programs
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging training methods and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role within FOH Operations or a similar position in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis, develop training modules, and design instructional programs.
  • Strong strategic analysis and problem-solving skills.
