Job Description:

  1. Develop, manage, and implement an effective L&D strategy and plan through integration of advanced technology such as AI and VR to enhance workforce learning experience.

  2. Manage the end-to-end learning and development framework including needs assessment, curriculum design and content creation, rollout and delivery, evaluation, and documentation.

  3. Actively collaborate with HR and OD in improving the Employee Experience to boost employee morale through learning interventions geared to respond to current and emerging business needs through an agile learning environment.

  4. Partner with OD in the crafting and management of Individual Development Plans and Succession Plans to ensure continuous bench strength in the leadership pipeline.

  5. Head the L&D annual strategic and budget planning – ensuring appropriate allocation and optimization for its programs, plans, and initiatives.

  6. Mentor and coach leaders as necessary.

  7. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in the field of L&D.

  8. Champion collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR / Business Administration / Business Management.

  • At least 8 years in HR or Training and Development and a minimum of 4 years at managerial level, preferably in training and development.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Experience in adult learning, blended learning and instructional design and development techniques.

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and e-learning authoring tools and platforms.

  • Abreast with emerging trends in L&D.

  • Ability to work with e-learning and blended learning programs, computer-based training development, and asynchronous learning content.

  • Familiarity on Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) and any other editing software for images, videos, etc.
