Healthcare Call Center Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Call Center Specialist to join our team at Trinity Workforce Solutions Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also possess basic troubleshooting skills and be available to start work as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support via phone and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
