Job Title: Financial Market Specialist

Are you passionate about the world of finance and technology? Do you have a strong understanding of trading fundamentals and market trends?


Overview:


In this exciting role, you will be responsible for monitoring open positions across spot and futures markets during night hours. This requires a solid understanding of trading fundamentals, including order books, spreads, liquidity, and hedging.


You will also oversee market making bots, reviewing logs, verifying correct order placements, and tracking executions. Additionally, you will identify and promptly escalate issues such as system errors, unexpected PnL swings, and exchange disconnects.


To excel in this position, you should have basic technical literacy, including reading logs, interpreting error messages, and navigating dashboards. Experience in crypto trading or a strong willingness to learn is essential.


The schedule for this role covers shifts from 20:00 – 08:00 UTC+4, allowing for a flexible work arrangement. You will also have the opportunity to grow professionally through our training programs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor open positions across spot and futures markets.
  • Oversee market making bots, review logs, verify order placements, and track executions.
  • Identify and escalate issues, including system errors, PnL swings, and exchange disconnects.
  • Communicate with the core trading/engineering team when anomalies occur.
  • Ensure risk limits and exposure are kept within agreed parameters.
