We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our organization. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues and contributing to the enablement and growth of other team members.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical customer-facing role, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical users. They will also have advanced knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization.
Schedule:
- Manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex technical issues
- Mentor and train junior engineers
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers
- Document root cause analyses and solutions
- Monitor engineering escalations and identify trends
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
