Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as online platforms, social media, and networking to identify and connect with potential candidates who possess the required skills and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
  • 3 years' experience in sourcing or recruiting required.
  • Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry (or industries, markets) required.
