The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications.
- Reviewing candidates who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Evaluating candidate qualifications against position requirements.
- Developing and managing recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans.
Requirements
- High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field strongly preferred.
- Minimum two or more years' recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
