Business Solution Architect Role

Our organization seeks a skilled Business Solutions Architect to partner with our growing team in APJ. This role involves collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to design and deliver scalable, secure solutions that meet client needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen and technical expertise.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration technologies.
  • Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions.
  • Prior experience in Human Capital Management or Learning & Development solutions is an asset.
Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic guidance on implementing solutions to potential clients.
  2. Offer expert advice on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  3. Support sales efforts by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
  4. Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing Degreed's capabilities.
  5. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  6. Assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses.
  7. Work closely with marketing, engineering, and client experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.
