Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer feedback, ensuring compliance with key initiatives, and building a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback from internal and external channels to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with key initiatives, track complaints, report on status, and manage projects that result in identified issues being prevented or mitigated for future customers.
  • Positive Experience: Build a positive experience for our customers by tracking and disseminating best practices that result in positive customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Creativity: Demonstrate creativity, proactivity, and a bias for action.
  • Experience: Have experience with Marketing, Organizational Development, Psychology, or Customer Experience.
  • Project Leadership: Possess exceptional project leadership skills, an eye for detail, and good-old-fashioned common sense.
  • Analysis: Have experience aggregating and analyzing customer feedback, preferred but prior experience collecting and analyzing information or data is a foundational requirement.
  • Influence: Ability to inspire others to action and influence without authority is absolutely necessary.
  • Journey Maps: Ability to create Customer Journey Maps, Employee Journey Maps, identify opportunities for improved process or design.
  • Learning: Passion for learning/learning agile.
  • Communication: Excellent written communication skills.
  • Computer Skills: Good computer skills: working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Research: Exceptional research skills.
  • Professionalism: The ability to exude a professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
