Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and build strategic relationships within the BPO industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business opportunities and expand market share within the BPO industry.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilize your expertise to generate and qualify new leads. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by targeting companies that can benefit from our BPO services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with senior decision-makers in target organizations. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and insights to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
  • Customized Solutions: Work with our solutions and delivery teams to tailor BPO services to meet client needs, ensuring a comprehensive, competitive offering.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on the BPO industry.
  • Track Record of Success: You have a demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: You understand the BPO market and its evolving trends.
