
Full-Time Lead Generation Specialist Position Available

This is a full-time role in the marketing and sales department of our company. As a lead generation specialist, you will be responsible for generating new leads for our business through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and online research.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify potential leads and research them to determine their needs and budget.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to determine their purchase intent and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our company's offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.
- CRM Management: Record and maintain accurate lead information in our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Follow-up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
- Lead Nurturing: Use email marketing and other communication tools to provide leads with relevant content and information.
- Sales Handoff: Coordinate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement.
- Data Analysis: Analyze lead generation performance and track KPIs to make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience as a lead generation specialist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
