The process accounting role involves ensuring the proper booking and recognition of transactional operations, allowing for accurate financial transactions to be performed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, focusing on invoice verification and postings, payment processing, and reconciliation of ledgers.
  • Invoice Management: Collect, process, and post invoices to customer accounts, including reconciliation of customer ledgers.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and create reports of Accounts Payables/Receivables age (DSO, DPO), providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • Tax Compliance: Provide tax schedules to support Value Added Tax and Corporate Income Tax returns.
  • General Ledger Transactions: Identify General Ledger transactions related to AP or AR and either post them in the Ledger or provide information to GL Accountant for posting.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Purchasing, Customer Service, Controlling, HR, Tax…) to solve questions and issues.
  • Audit Support: Provide all necessary documents during audits (internal/external, statutory/tax…).
