We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. They will be responsible for day-to-day financial transactions, posting processes, verifying transactions in the correct ledgers, and bringing the books to the trial balance stage.

Additionally, they will perform partial checks of the posting process, complete tax forms, enter data, maintain records, create reports and financial statements, process accounts receivable/payable, and handle payroll in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
  • Ability to calculate and post accounting figures
  • Data entry skills with a knack for numbers
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and software
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
