Responsibilities
  • The Operations Manager oversees the department to help Teammates and Team Leaders reach their full potential and meet performance metrics/targets to deliver exceptional customer experiences for clients.
  • You will manage relationships with Teammates and Team Leaders and develop their daily work-related skills and practices.
  1. Develop effective strategies on how each Teammate and Team Leader can achieve their targets;
  2. Identify strengths and weaknesses and guide/develop them accordingly;
  3. Assign tasks that leverage strengths while addressing weaknesses;
  4. BUILD trust and respect among team members through regular one-on-one sessions, outreach, and meaningful interactions;
  5. Refine, improve, or eliminate daily processes and practices to enhance these duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of working experience in customer experience operations and management roles
  • Expertise in leading and managing an operations team
  • Proven track record of meeting and delivering targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Aptitude for multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take the lead in analyzing situations and data
