Senior Business Insights Specialist

Transforming data into actionable insights is at the heart of this role. As a Senior Business Insights Specialist, you will play a critical part in driving business decisions with data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and valuable insights.
  • Visualization and Reporting: Develop interactive dashboards and reports to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with various teams to define data requirements, ensure alignment with business objectives, and deliver high-quality insights to stakeholders.
  • Database Design and Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain databases and data systems that meet business needs.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis and Support: Perform ad hoc analysis, respond to requests for information, and provide timely support to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Data Analyst or Business Insights Specialist.
  • Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other statistical tools, along with experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Data Expertise: Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and database management principles.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to break down complex data into actionable insights.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to explain complex data in simple terms, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
