As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, linguistics, and human judgment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support internal analytics and generate insights from data to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate insights clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in client meetings as a subject-matter expert, while primarily focused on internal analysis and insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R programming languages.
  • Applied expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design, including sampling, confidence intervals, and agreement metrics.
  • Experience working with moderate-to-large datasets, with the ability to scale analyses as data volume grows.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence/visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Sisense, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud data environments is preferred.
  • Excellent ability to communicate insights clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable participating in client meetings as a subject-matter expert, while primarily focused on internal analysis and insights.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quantitative role (Analytics consultant, Quantitative Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar) with proven ability to navigate ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience. An advanced degree is a plus, but not required.
  • SQL (Must be highly proficient in using SQL to query, manipulate, and manage data within relational databases.
  • Statistical Knowledge: A solid understanding of statistical concepts (like probability, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing).
  • Database and Data Warehousing: Knowledge of different database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and concepts like data warehousing and ETL processes is important for managing large datasets.
  • Oral and written comprehension; appropriate use of language.
