Job Overview

A business intelligence analyst plays a critical role in organizational performance, collaborating closely with various teams to identify and define key metrics and reporting needs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and be able to translate business processes into measurable KPIs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with functional teams to identify and define key metrics and business questions.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to uncover pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop trusted reporting and analytics by working with data from multiple sources.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights.
  • Build and iterate on analytical models, dashboards, or data sets in collaboration with the Power BI Developer.
  • Help ensure consistency and accuracy of key business definitions across reporting and analytics.
  • Deliver insights to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and dashboard reviews.
  • Enable teams to ask better questions and explore answers using Power BI.
  • Support training and onboarding for teams new to self-service analytics tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certifications in data analysis are desirable but not required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • Experience working with modern BI tools (Power BI preferred) and strong understanding of KPIs.
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver insights.
