Project Leader

The Project Leader oversees the successful delivery of client projects, acting as a key point of contact and bridge between clients and development teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients through the website production process until project launch.
  • Acting as the main liaison between clients and development teams.
  • Ensuring projects remain within scope and schedule.
  • Regularly reporting project progress to clients.
  • Providing proactive suggestions for clients' online presence improvement based on industry best practices.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple website projects in production.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Tracking and resolving web project issues.
  • Creating and delivering regular project status reports.
  • Understanding clients' goals and advising on achieving them.
  • Ensuring clients receive necessary services to meet business objectives.
  • Supporting internal and client projects.
  • Coordinating with remote teams via phone and email.
  • Anticipating project errors before clients contact support.
  • Launching projects with minimal revisions from Quality Assurance.
  • Reviewing websites proactively for issues and revisions.
  • Facilitating effective communication between clients and development teams.
  • Maintaining low escalation rates.
  • Managing weekly non-contacts.
  • Completing Advanced IDX training.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience managing multiple clients or projects.
  • Background in art and design is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.
  • At least 1 year of customer support experience serving U.S./North American clients.
  • Experience with internet-related products like web hosting and design.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
  • Goal-oriented and detail-focused.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Wordpress is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
