We are seeking a seasoned education professional to fill the role of Senior Instructional Coach. In this position, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring teachers in K-12 settings to deliver high-quality instruction that meets the needs of all students.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in special education and experience in coaching and mentoring teachers. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective instructional strategies that drive student achievement and meet the diverse needs of our students.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring teachers to improve instructional practices and student outcomes
  • Developing and implementing effective instructional strategies that meet the needs of all students
  • Collaborating with our team to design and deliver professional development opportunities for teachers
  • Evaluating and improving existing instructional programs and materials
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a teacher or case manager in K-12 settings
  • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teachers to improve instructional practices
  • Expertise in Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Response to Intervention (RTI), and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)
  • Data literacy and proficiency in using technology to support instruction
