Job Description

The Executive Chef and Pastry Specialist will be responsible for leading our culinary team in the preparation and presentation of menu items, ensuring consistency and quality. This individual must have strong knowledge of cooking techniques, pastry preparation, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, both savory and sweet, adhering to company standards.
2. Develop and implement recipes and presentation guidelines to produce dishes and pastries that meet customer expectations.
3. Manage multiple tasks during peak service hours, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a line cook and pastry chef, ideally in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
2. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
3. Excellent attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
4. Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred.
