Job Overview
HRnetOne is seeking a skilled Technical Service Support-Presales professional to provide pre-sales support and drive business growth. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through on-site visits, technical communications, and product selection assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by analyzing their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Support key accounts and projects by conducting competitive benchmarks, preparing comprehensive proposals, and participating in technical negotiations.
  • Create and present vertical solution/application documentation to target customers, and support technical seminars, user training sessions, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, defining and exploring potential markets and customer segments.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical or support role, with B2B industrial experience being essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and an engineering mindset are required.
  • Experience in product support and bidding processes is necessary.
  • A result-driven individual who can thrive in a challenging business environment.
  • The ability to take initiatives, work independently, and possess problem-solving skills.
