Job Overview

The role of a Digital Content Strategist involves creating engaging content for paid advertising/lead generation across various social media platforms. This includes developing new marketing strategies and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver content that meets global business objectives.

You will contribute to the day-to-day creation of marketing content, analyzing market trends, research, and best practices to create effective content for target markets.

  • Create, launch, monitor, and analyze performance of paid social media advertising campaigns across several regions to attract potential candidates.
  • Provide consultative expertise to regional teams on paid advertising types and campaigns based on platform knowledge in collaboration with regional team member insights.
  • Independently manage assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, brainstorm ideas, and ensure content aligns with overall social media strategy.
  • Analyze the efficiency of paid content types based on key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
