Medical Content Writer Position

Develop accurate and compelling content for diverse audiences in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform complex scientific concepts into clear, concise language.
  • Create engaging content for branded campaigns, patient education materials, and medical slide decks.
  • Drive the editorial process to ensure accuracy and quality of all content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on current trends in medical education and pharma industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Strong science or healthcare background combined with excellent writing skills.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in medical writing, including creating content for clinical trials, doctors, and the public.
  • Experience in pharma agency work is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and Veeva/PromoMats is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure all content is on-brand and compliant.
