Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ad Creative Designer to create high-converting ad creatives for Meta ad campaigns and social visual identity.

  • Design striking, on-brand assets for paid ads and social channels.
  • Collaborate with the growth and content teams to concept and test new ideas quickly.
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in design to keep us ahead of the curve.
Key Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in design, ideally in performance or growth environments.
  • A portfolio showcasing Meta ad creatives and social content targeting B2B audiences.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • A sharp eye for layout, typography, and storytelling.
Bonus Points:
  • Motion design or animation experience.
  • Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, etc.).
  • Ability to design for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Startup/scaleup experience, or in creative agencies.
