Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in ecommerce performance creatives and experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing static and animated ad creatives for various platforms, landing page assets, brand consistency, and adaptation.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in ecommerce or performance marketing. They will also have a proven portfolio of high-converting ad creatives and strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design dynamic and engaging ad creatives for various channels.
  • Work on creating visually appealing landing page assets.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Adapt designs for different placements and formats.
  • Analyze ad performance data to optimize creatives.
  • Conduct A/B tests to identify top-performing visual angles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in ecommerce or performance marketing.
  • Proven portfolio of high-converting ad creatives.
  • Strong proficiency in design software.
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing principles.
  • Ability to balance aesthetic polish with performance goals.
  • Clear English communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent eye for typography, layout, and composition.
  • Experience designing creatives for DTC brands or performance agencies.
