Job Overview

We are seeking a creative professional to fuel our growth by developing engaging content that drives results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating ad creatives that convert and partner with internal teams, external creators, and performance marketers to ensure a constant flow of high-quality content across multiple platforms.

Your mission is to deliver high-performing creatives that drive clicks, conversions, and scale campaigns. You will work closely with our design teams to brief and request static and video assets, source and manage user-generated content creators, and translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Partner with internal teams to brief and request creative assets, including static and video content
  • Source, brief, and manage user-generated content creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across multiple paid platforms
  • Work with our performance marketing team to review creative performance and iterate quickly
Essential Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing user-generated content-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms and what makes content convert
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
