The Accounting Coordinator is a key role that encompasses bookkeeping responsibilities along with administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and experience working remotely.
This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to manage various tasks effectively. The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing data entry, and supporting the accounting team during peak periods.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 1+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Experience with POS systems
- 1+ years of project management experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
The Accounting Coordinator will also be responsible for managing calendars, handling client communications, and coordinating with team members. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
