We are looking for a highly skilled Office Management Associate to join our team at Smartsourcing Inc.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Executive practice, including:

  • Supporting the preparation of proposals, WIP documentation, and RMS maintenance
  • Managing expenses and credit card reconciliation
  • Improving system and process efficiencies, resolving issues, and performing ad hoc projects

To succeed in this role, you will need 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. You should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
