**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee the control, tracking, and movement of government and company-owned assets. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with DoD property regulations, coordinate logistics, and maintain accurate property records.

This is a nationwide project, and we need someone who is willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.

  • Maintain and update the Master Government Property List to ensure accurate asset records
  • Supervise the receipt, inspection, tagging, labeling, and secure storage of equipment
  • Manage property transfers, including documentation and coordination of related activities
  • Oversee logistics for site deliveries, staff travel, and equipment movements
  • Prepare and submit reports for any lost, damaged, or stolen property
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align asset management practices
  • Conduct routine physical inventories and resolve any identified discrepancies
  • Prepare records and documentation to support internal, external, and government audits
  • Develop and implement SOPs for effective asset handling, tracking, and control
  • Monitor property-related contract requirements to ensure full compliance

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in property and logistics management
  • Solid understanding of DoD property accountability standards and inventory control
  • Hands-on experience with shipping coordination, asset transfers, and inventory management
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and asset/property management systems
  • Ability to support audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance
