Technical Evaluator Manager for Architects

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Architect to lead our technical evaluation process, focusing on interviewing and assessing candidates for architectural roles.

This position combines architectural expertise with strong interpersonal and evaluative skills to ensure we recruit top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments of candidate portfolios, work samples, and technical proficiency.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and key evaluation criteria.
  • Assessing candidates' skills, expertise, and alignment with project goals and company culture.
  • Providing detailed feedback and recommendations on candidates.
  • Staying updated on architectural trends and industry standards to ensure relevant evaluations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Licensed Architect.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional architectural experience.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design, technical standards, and industry practices.
  • Experience utilizing various software, with a strong emphasis on Revit.
  • Experience in conducting interviews or assessing technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Fluency in English is required.
