Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java professional to join our engineering team as a Senior Java Developer. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of modern Java development, cloud architecture, and enterprise-grade software solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable Java applications using Spring Boot. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions and implement and maintain microservices architecture on AWS cloud platform.

Key responsibilities include writing clean, testable, and maintainable code following industry best practices, participating in code reviews, and providing technical mentorship to junior developers. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in production environments is also a key aspect of the role.

We are looking for someone with 4-7 years of professional Java development experience, strong proficiency with Spring Boot framework and Spring ecosystem, as well as hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, and IAM.

Additional qualifications include knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements, familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, experience with infrastructure as code, and knowledge of security best practices and secure coding standards.

Requirements
  • 4-7 years of professional Java development experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Spring Boot framework and Spring ecosystem (Security, Data JPA, Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, and IAM.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL optimization.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and clean code principles.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
